ASTTBC's AGM & Professional Development Day 2012 is shaping-up to be another very informative and educational day!
The day runs from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and includes - Continental Breakfast, Meet Council & Exhibitors Coffee Reception, Business Session, Breakout Sessions, Awards Luncheon, Guest Speaker, Top in Technology Award Presentations and Networking Reception - the full day including food is just $125.00 pp (includes HST).

2011 Annual General Meeting
ASTTBC's AGM & Professional Development Day 2011 was a great success!
The 2011 event had over 225 members and guests in attendance. The day started with a continental breakfast with time to network with colleagues and exhibitors. Followed by the business session which provided an update on the affairs of the Association and was broadcast as a webinar for the first time.
Members were then given their choice of one of 4 breakout sessions to attend. At the start of the lunch we had a video message from Premier Christy Clark and a video message from Naomi Yamamoto, Minister of State for Intergovernmental Relations. Before lunch there was a First Nations Prayer performed by Willie Pierre of the Katzie First Nations. Then a signing of a MOA with FNCC and FNTC including the Hon. Mary Polak, MLA - Langley; and Minister Aboriginal Relations & Reconciliation.
At lunch a number of awards were presented including 20, 40 & 50 year certificates. This year's theme for the day was 'Empower Yourself' and the keynote presenter was Dr. Mark DeVolder who is an expert in the dynamics of organizational change and employee engagement. To wrap the day up there was a reception and 'TOP in Technology' award presentations. Door prizes were awarded and FEAT announced that $2,000. was raised from the silent auction.
ASTTBC received TOP marks from those that attended!
